In 2007, Pioneer Natural Resources USA Inc (Pioneer) commissioned Norwest to install continuous water level and salinity monitoring equipment at three locations along the Apishapa River: Nations‚ Eichler‚ and Lisonbee. These gaging stations were installed to better understand the interaction between CBM discharge and water quality in the Apishapa River.
